Brian is survived by his loving wife of 36 years and together for 41 years, Lori Hoffman Cilley; daughters, Jacklyn Cilley and Mariah (Ryan Springstead) Cilley, both of Alpine; three grandchildren, Noah age 9, Mason age 6, and Briana soon to arrive; and his brothers, Jim (Kay) Cilley of Cayuta, NY and Ray (Jen) Cilley of Corning, NY. Frank Brown was a beloved member of his community; music teacher and performer, husband and father. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the American Legion, State Rt. Dave and Harriet were legendary for their hospitality. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Patricia Gascon, in 2020. A reception will be announced.
